After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at 08:00 and drive west for Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. After lunch game drives is planned in the park coming back to the camp later in the evening. Maasai Mara Game Reserve is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants and well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here.

Although July, August, and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeests and zebras, there is also resident wildlife year round. After breakfast, you will proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for a game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. After breakfast, you will descend 2000 feet (670 meters) into the crater floor with your picnic lunches. The entire day will be spent in the park with a lunch break at Ngoitoktok Springs picnic site. The main crater is 165 kilometers and contains populations of various species including black manned lions, rhinos, buffaloes, elephants, and other grazing animals. Spend the entire day in Serengeti with more game drives in the morning and afternoon. Throughout the Serengeti park you will find special scenes to spot the Lion King, buffalo, the impressive hartebeest, various birds, landscapes, and vegetation. A safari in Serengeti is worth every moment owing to the large wildlife concentrations. You can opt to swirl in a hot air balloon at $550 per person or get to visit a local Maasai Village for a cultural tour at $70 per group. After breakfast, you will have your final game drive in Serengeti National Park which is known for the great wildebeest migration and many animals.
