This 10 day classic northern safari allows you to get up close and personal with Tanzania’s northern wildlife. You’ll view game in the best parks of Tanzania’s Northern Circuit with some of our skilled drivers as your own private guide. After the initial night at Arusha, head to Tarangire National Park – home of elephants and spectacular bird life – before moving to nearby Lake Manyara. Then Journey across the legendary Serengeti for migration predator viewing and finally fly to Zanzibar for your final leg of the safari at the beach.

Day 1 Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport

Here you are met and then road transferred to Arusha, the safari capital of Tanzania. Tonight is spent at Ngare Sero Lodge. Ngare Sero Lodge is set in lush gardens and crystal clear streams at the foot of Mlount Meru. The lodge used to be a colonial farm house, which has now been converted into a lodge. There are plenty of activities on site. Guests can enjoy forest walks, game drives in the Arusha National Park or spend time relaxing in hot springs. There is also a spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.

Day 2Ngare Sero Lodge - Gibbs Farm, Ngorongoro Crater

Start the safari and road transfer to the Ngorongoro Highlands. Descent down into the Ngorongoro Crater and spend the rest of the day game driving. You spend 2 nights at the Gibbs Farm on a full board basis.

Day 3Gibbs Farm

Gibbs Farm was initially a coffee plantation and is now a working farm that has still kept its charm. Located on the outskirts of the crater, the farm is situated in lush gardens. Guests will stay in colorful farm cottages and have the opportunity to experience the many activities on offer. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4Gibbs Farm - Serengeti National Park

Depart after breakfast to Serengeti National Park arriving in time for lunch at Kusini Camp in the south-central region of the park. This luxury tented camp is perfectly positioned in such a way that the surrounding short grass plains provide the setting for the most spectacular natural phenomenon in the continent of Africa; the Annual Wildebeest Migration. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5Serengeti National Park

Morning and afternoon game drives in search of the big five among other species and predators that come along with this incredible spectacle. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6Serengeti National Park - Zanzibar

Fly to Zanzibar after breakfast. Check in at Essque Zalu. With the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean to one side and lush green forest to the other, the lodge combines contemporary luxury with a real sense of place. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7Zanzibar

After Breakfast at 8.00am our guide will pick you and take you together with others on a full day tour by dhow to visit Mnemba Island where you will spend the day sailing, snookering and swimming with the dolphins in the serene Indian Ocean. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 8Zanzibar

our tour guide will pick you from the hotel together with others and take you to the beach where you will take a dhow to enjoy a sunset cruise to enjoy sundowners at the best view point as drinks and snacks will be served. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 9 Zanzibar

At leisure. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 10 Transfer to Zanzibar Airport

This morning you return by road to Zanzibar Airport and then fly to Dar es Salaam to catch your international flight back home.
